New crime appeared

Recently, i read a news regarding stolen smartphones and sold it to second shops. Nowadays all smartphones was invented with tracking device. It is from preventing any missing smartphones and able to track them back. Let's look at the video that i share to you, enjoy^^

Ok from previous posts, i already helped a friend to make a report of it. Hope they can catch them as soon as possible^^ I had helped you all done some research of how to prevent car vandalism and i found a cool stuff of how to prevent it. See the video below for some references^^

I, myself went to the crime scene, help a friend to investigate any witnesses are there. So i found one of the witnesses and managed to get a interview from there...

Ms/Mr Tan from Blk 3 – a student from RP, had witnessed first-hand someone vandalising a car two months back, but was too afraid to speak up about it. Gave account of the man’s looks.
Interviewer: What had happened last night?
Ms/Mr Tan: Last night, i was on the way home, i saw a man wearing a cap, tattoos on the arms and holding a spray and sharp substance, vandalise one of the cars. So, i faster run away to prevent the man see me.
Interviewer: Do you see what the man's looks?
Ms/Mr Tan: That time too dark cant really see how the man's looks but i saw he wear glasses.
Interviewer: Do you make a report?
Ms/Mr Tan: No lah, i scared the criminal find me and i dont want to involve in this issue!

YO,

Last night was parking car at Blk 10 level 3 multi-storey carpark, and this is
what I saw! I cannot believe it, so terrible of people to do such things to
another's car, no respect what so ever. See the pictures I attached? All
these cars are sprayed with paint and scratched! Hope you can
forward this email to all our neighbours to warn them that vandals are
around and making trouble for us!!
Hope everyone can be on the lookout for each other and inform suspicious
characters in our neighbourhoods. Maybe you can check on any tips for us when parking our cars?
